Huge rooms with a real kitchen, food DELICIOUS. The incredibly nice and pleasant staff working throughout the hotel.

Everything was perfect, beautiful location close enough to the river and the major attractions in Uppsala, caring staff. Got king room as expected, loved it.

The hotel rooms were perfectly clean and functional with a shared bathroom, comfortable bed and a real kitchen.

I stayed in this hotel recently and was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the location is great - it's situated in a beautiful area, on a small hill just outside of the city center. This meant that it was quiet and peaceful, but still within easy reach of all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were nice and cozy, with a small fully equipped kitchenette. It was great to have the option of cooking my own meals if I didn't feel like eating out.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory, with no major issues to report.

We had a roadside room, which was a little noisy. N.B. we had the window open due to the warm evenings, but the noise was much lessened by closing the window.

The room was in excellent condition, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the warm atmosphere of the old building and the helpfulness of the lady at reception. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Very good location, nice room, well furnished, friendly staff. Just make sure to get a room facing the back (towards the Cathedral), because the rooms facing the street are extremely noisy even during the night.

There is no lift.

Overall best possible location short walk to a peaceful park, the central shopping district in 5 minutes, and the city centre and the central railway station. Newly decorated and beautifully maintained room with pleasant views of the cathedral.
